YOGA SCULPT is a high intensity yoga class that builds on traditional yoga flows. Adding in hand weights and body weight exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks and cardio. This dynamic workout gives you the best of both worlds. Practice mindfulness while getting a killer total body workout.

STRENGTH is a full-body workout focused on lifting heavy and building real strength.
We train every major muscle group: core, chest, shoulders, back, arms, glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and recharged.

Turn up the heat and power up your core in this contemporary Mat Pilates class. With upbeat music and dynamic sequences, we move quickly with intentional engagement and control- activating deep stabilizers, building strength, and improving mobility. Props like blocks, bands, and Pilates balls enhance alignment and intensity. The class closes with a few grounding minutes in Savasana to reset and restore.

BARRE incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. This high intensity, yet low impact class is gentle on your joints, builds strength, improves flexibility, endurance, and will awaken muscles you never knew you had! Small pulsing movements, isometric holds and targeting small muscle groups gets your muscles burning. Round it all out with nice stretch.

A class designed to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and fully restored. This feel-good Vinyasa flow blends mindful movement with breath to release tension and energize the body. Class closes with an extended 10-minute savasana—giving you the space to completely unwind, reset, and soak in the benefits of your practice. The perfect balance of movement and stillness for your body and soul.

POWERFLOW 2 is a step up from POWERFLOW 1. In this class we move a little quicker and explore more advanced postures. You can expect invigorating flows that build heat from within. Challenge your balance, focus, and mobility.

Bodhi RESTORE is designed for total relaxation of mind, body, and soul. This slow-paced class uses long holds, stillness, and deep breathing to release muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage healing. With dim lights, soothing music, and supportive props, it’s the perfect way to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest.”
Don’t mistake the slower pace for less impact—restorative yoga offers powerful benefits, giving you space to recharge, reconnect, and cultivate self-compassion.
