Bodhi BURN
Bodhi Burn is a high intensity yoga class that builds on traditional yoga flows. Adding in hand weights and body weight exercises such as squats, push-ups, planks and cardio. This dynamic workout gives you the best of both worlds. Practice mindfulness while getting a killer total body workout.
*BurnOUT is an extended version of Burn. 75 minutes. I mean, sometimes we just can’t get enough.

Burn + FLOW
We took our most popular class format and ditched the weights. Don’t let that fool you! This is still a phenomenal strength building class. We begin to move our bodies with creative and invigorating Sun Salutations, heart pumping cardio, core & squats series help us build endurance and strength all rounded out with deep stretching and recovery. You will walk out of this class feeling ready to take on ANYTHING!

Bodhi POWERFLOW
A Bodhi PowerFLOW class is designed with invigorating flows that build heat from within. Practice flowing in alignment with your inhales and exhales. Deepen your practice with fundamental and creative sun salutations, balancing postures, inversions, and core strengthening poses. This class will activate every muscle in your body, allowing you to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.

Bodhi STRENGTH
Think of this as personal training meets group energy. If you’re ready to build strength with heavier weights while feeding off the motivation of those around you, this is your class. We’ll hit every muscle group—core, chest, shoulders, back, arms, glutes, hamstrings, and quads—through a mix of dynamic movement, strength training, and resistance work. You’ll leave feeling strong, balanced, and recharged.

Bodhi MAT PILATES
Turn up the heat and power up your core in this contemporary Mat Pilates class. With upbeat music and dynamic sequences, we move quickly with intentional engagement and control- activating deep stabilizers, building strength, and improving mobility. Props like blocks, bands, and Pilates balls enhance alignment and intensity. The class closes with a few grounding minutes in Savasana to reset and restore.

Bodhi + SOUL
A class designed to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and fully restored. This feel-good Vinyasa flow blends mindful movement with breath to release tension and energize the body. Class closes with an extended 10-minute savasana—giving you the space to completely unwind, reset, and soak in the benefits of your practice. The perfect balance of movement and stillness for your body and soul.

Bodhi BARRE
Bodhi BARRE is a heated class that incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Yoga. This high intensity, yet low impact class is gentle on your joints, builds strength, improves flexibility, endurance, and will awaken muscles you never knew you had! Small pulsing movements, isometric holds and targeting small muscle groups gets your muscles burning. Round it all out with nice stretch.

Bodhi RESTORE
Bodhi RESTORE is designed for total relaxation of mind, body, and soul. This slow-paced class uses long holds, stillness, and deep breathing to release muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage healing. With dim lights, soothing music, and supportive props, it’s the perfect way to shift from “fight or flight” into “rest and digest.”
Don’t mistake the slower pace for less impact—restorative yoga offers powerful benefits, giving you space to recharge, reconnect, and cultivate self-compassion.
